I guess I am going to pretend my delivery date is in two weeks and focus on Borderlands 3 release, lol.

Why don't you just cancel your pre-order and buy it from another Best buy that has them in stock?
If that's the case as long as they have their original preorder receipt there is a chance they will still get approved. My husband and I had several issues with our preorders and and ended up placing a 3rd order after the phones released but samsung still approved us for the $150
I cancelled my pre-order and bought the phone I pre-ordered. I still received my 150. The Best buy guy gave me my original pre-order receipt and thats all I used.

I must be cursed, I just got an email from Amazon. Borderlands 3 pre order is now delayed a week. I can not win!

you have luck like I have luck. thought I was the only one on earth with luck this bad. I have to buy four of everything, except my 10+, Note 8, & Note 7, to get one that works for me... microwaves, printers, etc. very frustrating.
I just recieved a email stating, my aura black note 10 plus 512gb is ready for pickup at my local Best Buy. Yahoo.

I finally picked up my Pre-Ordered Blue AT&T phone from Best Buy yesterday!! I got the email late Thursday night. I was holding my breath waiting for the email since the order status had not changed (until the email came) YAY?
So the Good News. I have my phone! The bad news... I didn't think they could mess things up worse than they had, but I was WRONG!
I go in, the same sales rep that helped me start the activation of my other Note that I picked up the week before, can't find my order!! DEEP Breath... He was looking under my name, even though I gave him the name the order was under! Okay, we get the phone and he starts the activation. It's the wrong sim card he has to get a new one and call AT&T yadda yadda...
Meanwhile, he starts the smart switch. I explained I wanted to do the customized and he says this way is better yadda yadda and he starts it the way he wanted to. When it was done we checked a few things and he said it's done. We can start the factory reset while we are still waiting on AT&T.
About 3 hours later. I left the store. The phone connected to my car with no problem! YAY (I have read people have been having issues) I get home, I start doing the basic setup stuff and I noticed most of the applications didn't transfer over. None of my visual voicemails transferred, none of my music and none of my documents!! Thankfully anything truly important to me is backed up a few different ways! But, now I have spent all day installing apps, transferring music, data and all other things that should have been done with the SmartSwitch.
And I am not even done yet. I am not sure the discount was worth the trouble! Never Again!! Until I forget and do it the next time lol

Just got home had to charge my tablet up so I could post. I have it and I am setting it up now.
