I did the pre order with Best Buy with my Note 8. I had no issues with them. I pre ordered about a month before it came out & went in on release day with no appointment (was never mentioned that I needed one) and was out the door with my note 8 in 45 min. I guess I might be a lucky one to not have any issues, but my Best Buy store has some really great employees. I am really leaning toward trading in my Note 8 for the Note 10+ 512gb variant.

I did my Best Buy pre-order online and had it shipped I just picked it up at the UPS location near me this morning. But also, my local Best Buy has a great staff and anything I picked up from there has been a good experience

So I just checked my bestbuy in store preorder. For my blue note10+ it says preparing for pickup on friday. Yay btw lol. But since I did the Verizon bogo I ordered my husband the black note10 and that one still says preordered. No change for that one yet. Maybe by end of today or tomorrow the black will be next to say preparing.

So I just checked my bestbuy in store preorder. For my blue note10+ it says preparing for pickup on friday. Yay btw lol. But since I did the Verizon bogo I ordered my husband the black note10 and that one still says preordered. No change for that one yet. Maybe by end of today or tomorrow the black will be next to say preparing.

And now both are showing as preparing. Yay lol. Is it friday yet?! Lol

I don’t know if I’m getting mine Friday or not. One place it says pick up 8/30 and another place it says pick up 8/23 release day.

Not a bad idea, but from my experience, stores (well at least Bestbuy) wont put the accessories out until release day. But I def will check.

I ordered them via Amazon Prime last week but chose "no Rush" shipping to get the $5 Prime Now credit thinking that I wouldn't get the phone any earlier than Thursday lol.
