Yes.
A sound's existence is not dependent on the presence of ears.
(Sorry, but as something of an amateur philosopher, this "debate" always bugs me. C.S. Lewis once wrote "nonsense doesn't cease being nonsense, just because you are talking it about God." .... or sounds, or delays... we don't have to hear about them firsthand for them to exist. To insist otherwise is, well, nonsense.)
Maybe they can't honestly say that.
LOL
The date hasn't passed.I think that the admins should lock all of these rumor threads after the date passes.
Don't bother, all the trash bloggers already do that for themselves just by the crap they spew from malnourished brains onto screens. Bloggers w/ any cred., are a dying breed in todays day and age.I'm so sick of tech blogs. Anyone with WordPress and an opinion can have a blog. Bloggers are NOT journalist.
I may start a blog to state my opinion, err, I mean "reporting" on how crappy most blogs are.
Are we really arguing on whether it's acceptable to be angered by the delay of this phone? I don't particularly care if anyone is mad at Verizon, if they're mad at Samsung, or if they're mad at Google. Let them be. They don't have the phone they've been waiting for. Based on all the rumors and "leaked documents", there's a good case for this being a Verizon internal delay. Is it confirmed? No. Neither is the launch date. Let the people who want to vent get this off their chest. I may not feel the same way, but it's not hurting me if they get mad.
Oh, and please don't bring up this "sense of entitlement" crap. There are more important things in this world than a cell phone, but saying that as an active member of a community based on such technology doesn't speak volumes to your point. In other words, your energy would be better served in those places rather than pointing out that someone is 'wrong' for being mad about something that doesn't concern you.
seriously, how do I chat with a VZW CSR online? I can't find any live chat, and I need a dose of false hope...
How can you be so sure VZW screwed it up?
You don't think there is any chance that Google/Samsung gave them a buggy phone? Let me rephrase that. Do you think that it's impossible that Google/Samsung gave them a buggy phone?
You could be right, but you could be wrong. None of us really know for sure.

Also, not that it makes a difference, but I'm pretty pissed @ VZ for their mis-handling of this un-launch. Even Canada knows when they're getting it. Canada
ftLoG! Not even a peep out of VZ. And shame on Richi Jennings for his "confirmed" rumor mongering. How about a semantic argument about whether one random forum poster constitutes "more than a trickle?" Computerworld is now no more credible or intelligent than gadget411news.com. Read at your own risk folks...
