Private mode double verification code

[Android Central Question]

I have a samsung S7 android 8 OS. I just redo my fingerprint and now when i am going to access private mode it asked the double verification code. Now I cannot access the private mode because i do not remeber the code. I always use fingerprint. Please help me

The way it sounds you might have to factory.
