I don't need a social media entertainment center.

Does anyone have examples or ideas of optimizing task/time management, calendar and scheduling. Widgets-themes and other tricks?

I'd love screen shots of phone setups, suggestions of free or paid downloads to take it up a notch and any other ideas or advice you've got.

Thanks

Edit: And screen setup and organization ideas.

My company uses google apps for everything. Makes it really simple to move from device to device..

Genius scan is a great app to manage receipts for travel. Irs now accepts copies.
My company uses ventrillo also for conference calls and there are numerous great free apps.

If you use exchange for your work calendar, try out calengoo... Excellent exchange integration, ugly as hell but super usability and functionality.

I use concur for travel and mobileday for conference calls.

Agreed, Nine has been the best for Exchange. I've tried a bunch of others, always came back to Nine.

The support team on Nine is incredible as well. Whenever I've had a question they've replied promptly. That said, I wish they'd integrate a calendar that shows meeting attendees schedules. I haven't found one yet except back when I used Touchdown.

But can you get an SMS to join an urgent conf call and click on the entire number including the pauses and the conf_call_id ?

I cannot it only allows clicking the phone number that comes into messaging. 123-123-1234,,,1234123

Widgets are your friend.

My calendar and task widgets are an absolute necessity for my day. I also have phone widgets for a quick tap.

One very small tip I do is I use the built in memo+ instead of Keep for most to do lists. When I'm at home and need to remember something for when I get to work I start the checklist. Then Memo+ has a location based reminder. I have it set to the address of my business.

So as soon as I pull up to work I get the list as my reminder.

Just curious.... Why would you have a calendar widget AND the icon on the same screen?

For whatever reason, the calendar view for the icon is different than the one pulled up by the widget, I like the calendar view better for "managing" purposes.

I also have no need for another icon at this point on my primary home screen, if I do I might remove it.

Keep also has location-based reminders. I like Keep since it syncs across all my devices so I can create the reminder wherever I am.
