Q: How to repair a cracked Evo screen

TEP is a service and repair package sold by Sprint. It also includes insurance through asurion. Your manufacturer warranty is from the manufacturer.

I'm just letting you know the policy. You can relate it to cars and whatnot, but in the end, it doesn't really matter. Sprint has their policies in place and that's currently the way it is.

If you aren't happy with the TEP service, cancel and call HTC. If you don't like the way Sprint handles it, look for another provider. I'm not trying to be a jerk here. Please don't take it the wrong way. Just trying to explain the current setup.

mdrharris - I went to Sprint today, they said that the cracked screen requires a full replacement of the phone with TEP, so I have to play $100. The phone still works, the screen is just cracked. What do I need to do to get them to replace it?
