Quick Panel color

Originally I was using Good Lock 2018 for quick panel color adjustments and various other custom stuff. Since Pie update that app isnt working. I found the Power Shades app so I am able to again get rid of the ugly white pull down menu shade. Screen shot below. Red is a tad bright but I'm just testing it out.

Does this get rid of the white everywhere? As in Android menus and stuff?
