They always do this
Yes they do. And it continues to make no sense.
They always do this
No. People have short attention spans. That isn't going to change. LG needs to adapt to that fact.
Once the iPhone announced, and the Note is in folks hands, the noise will be deafening. And then you'll get all the techies foaming over the Pixel, and... We'll I'm sure you know the story.
What does that have to do with people being impatient over Android O?
Android O or 8.0
Hopefully the issue is limited to the preproduction Ars unit.
Here's the thing: I'm already noticing banding patterns reminiscent of older Samsung OLED panels. They're pretty noticeable at lower brightness, especially on shades of gray. This is far from a deal-breaker - most people will simply never notice - but if you were expecting LG had upped its screen game to Samsung's level overnight, it's probably time to temper your expectations a bit.
LOL... I know. I was making a joke since we won't see it for awhile.
Lol... It's ridiculous how LG has no idea how to handle a major phone release! Samsung and Apple, besides having their phones and specs leaked almost daily upto their announcement, they have their pre-order date leaked, and have their release dates leaked as well... LG themselves don't seem to know when they'll be releasing the f*in phone! Ridiculous!
Who cares if it's leaked and we know everything before release. Pretty much every phone (that includes V30) we knew the specs, how it looks, everything before it's announced. At least Apple, Samsung, Google and most OEMs give proper dates for pre-order and release when they announce the phone.Lol... It's ridiculous how LG has no idea how to handle a major phone release! I must be the only one who doesn't care. It'll launch in the next month or two and I'll get it.
It's important not to get it out there too to ensure it doesn't get lost in the hype of the Note 8 and iPhone 8 launch at the same time. At least for new smartphone buyers or those people who don't just blindly upgrade to the popular phones without considering other contenders. Or those who simply get what's available because they "can't wait."I'm right there with you. I'm not suggesting that it doesn't matter to some people. What I'm saying is whether or buy or not buy it.... Has nothing to do with how it's released.
