Razr Maxx - Battery Life

I'm not running a custom ROM. Staying on stock until I have a for-sure way to get back after a potential flash. So, I can't reset the battery stats either. I did try leaving it on the charger already, to no avail, but I'm honestly beginning to think that this is just about the battery life I can expect?

those are good numbers in my book. run her down all the way and charge back up and see what she does then. you just got the phone or haven't had it long right?

It will be a week on Friday. Been gaming a bit and racked up the brightness, at a little under 5o% right now. Going to let it hit bottom and recharge. Thanks for the help.

with such a large battery, let it drain and charge up a couple times (2-3 times) and that will let the battery "settle in" and you will see better more smooth life.

This is from when I was in London for about 7 weeks on business.

I had my company phone with me so no need to activate this on Vodaphone pay as you go. Used this when I was in the office and in the hotel on Wifi only. This battery took me for another 2 days. The best battery I got while I was there was over 7 days on Wifi only.

I know this is no 4G test but really loved having my phone with me to get my personal emails, facebook, twitter, and camera. The battery life was great.

Mine is about the same. I am at 83 percent with 54m1s of screen time and 4h 45m 19s on battery. I used to be able to leave work with 80 percent after smart actions being on during work and also on wifi. My phone does better without juice defender. My X used to be out of battery by 11 or 12 pm so it's definitely a huge improvement but I guess I just got spoiled by how good it was in the beginning.

Then it comes down to network signal and wifi. I've been on 4G since coming off the charger. Try reduce your apps syncing to more spaced out times.

BradenFontaine - - how did you find out the Widget that was using your cpu while you were sleeping? Where does it tell you which widget it was? I'm not very smart when it comes to understanding all the battery graphs, etc.

that battery graph with the cpu usage is from System Panel Pro. you can systematically break down which app is using how much CPU.

Earlier this week and last week when I got the phone the battery life was superb; After coming from the TB I can not complain ,really, but I want it to last forever!!!!

I'm on 4G all the time as well..

All I have synced is my gmail and that is every hour and the "Google" That I see has no options to change it. That is all. nothing else.

I guess you could blame the Taliban? IDK what to tell you... Each person is going to have a different experience and each day that will change due to variables we cannot control.

The other day, I was off the charger for 15 hours with 90% battery remaining. Keep in mind, I barely used my phone the whole day. A short phone call and a couple text messages. But I still thought that was pretty impressive
