These numbers are all wrong. You must once again charge your phone, unplug it, restart the phone, drain it down then post your times.

from the looks of it you had it on for 3 days and got 12hrs and are on the 4th charge so i would guess if you fallow the steps above you will get about 3-4hrs of use on a charge.

The numbers are NOT all wrong. When you uplug your phone from the charger it resets the counter on the battery use screen. You can clearly see where the phone was unplugged from charger and lasted 12hrs+ with average use. You hear on here that people are getting only 5-6 hrs of use and not using their phone much. 12hrs+ without a charge is darn impressive no matter how much you use the phone. I personally don't care what the numbers on the phone says, all I care about is when I need to use the phone, the battery has sufficient charge to use the phone. Isn't that what it is all about?

FYI I rebooted my phone this am so you will see the 'real' numbers of a day of use.

I see what you all are getting mixed up on now.

I want the uptime and awake times those do not reset unless you reboot.

Now if your talking about if you click the battery yes that time does reset but that dont tell you anything just time sense last charge and % that mean nothing.

The number i want are before you click on battery at the buttom it says uptime and awake time...

I just did another cycle last night and i got 4hrs and 10 min that is my best time for awake. uptime was like 7hrs i think but dont mean much.

What matters to me is how much i can use my phone and so far i can only use it for 15min every hr in a 16hr day if i want to be able to make it a hole day. But im only making it thou half a day, because i use it more then 15min ea hr.

I doubt I use my phone as much as some on here, but what I am looking at is very un-scientific. With my Dinc, using it the same as my TB, I could never get through a full day (of my normal use) without charging at some point during the day. My point was only that the battery on my TB is FAR better than my Dinc ever was and as a result I am very happy with my TB.

I dont want to exchange the phone to have same problems so thats why im trying to get like 10 people to have the same results as me and so far i got 2 and i have 1 saying they get 4x what we get lol

Once you get to like 10-50 percent is good enough just post your uptime/awake time, and battery percent.

Anything will work. I notice the battery dies real even im always at 2hrs and have 50% left of awake time.... so any input would be great. Im getting close to return date. I wounder if i get a exchange does that reset my 14 days because at this point i cant have a phone that only last half day with everything off and not using it due to fear of dead battery...

Thats about what i get too with 4g on. With 4 off i get 4hrs

Its weird because I live and work in the same area, I live about a mile from work. When I'm at my house, its 4G the whole time, at work it goes in and out of 4G/3G/1X. I'm definitenly in a 4G area, so when I'm at work, that probably kills my battery switiching back and forth all day.

In my house i get 3g walk outside i get 4g. But if i force 4g lte only mode then it works in my house but i only get like 4mb vs outside i was pulling 10-15mb, upload is always high (20-30mb) i think its broke lol

Instead of rebooting you all can try the free app named spare parts. It actually gives the "last unplugged" times and also allows you to see what what used and the percentage of each.

Everything that app does is already in the phone if you know how to get into all the menus but it does lay it out easy with the app...

That dont help i can get 30hrs to if i space my usages out, I bet i could get a week if i only use the phone 10 min a day

Awake time: 45mins
I'm still at 86%

I stopped FriendStream from syncing, seems kinda pointless anyway since I have the Facebook app. I also dl'd Juice Defender Beta and that seems to be making a difference as well. Its saying my battery life has increased x1.81 since I've had it running.

My phone has worked this way but depending on use it could come out different...

Haha will do. I've been kinda busy at work today so its been hit or miss usage wise. I have been checking Twitter and Facebook pretty much hourly and playing some Words With Friends.

Edit: I should also add that at this time yesterday, but battery was down near 60-50%, so for it to still be in the 80% range is a nice increase.

See, the Thunderbolt is so powerful it actually slowed down the Earth's rotation to add 6 hours to our days.

To be fair, apps can also keep the phone awake even if the screen if off.
Compare your awake time with screen on time. The awake time will be much higher.

Here are my results:

Last night I left my Thunderbolt on the charger while I slept. This morning I unplugged the phone and rebooted.

I keep my screen set at 100% brightness and set to never turn itself off. Hey, that's the way I like it and I am able to charge my phone anytime during the day or night.

Today I took one short (5 minutes or so) phone call, read a couple of emails, played 3 games of Words with Friends (which requires a lot of time with the screen on) and used my Thunderbolt and bluetooth headphones to listen nonstop to an audiobook that I downloaded. I turned the screen off and listened to my audiobook while I waited for my next turn at Words with Friends.

Up time 7:01:58
Awake time 7:01:58

I plugged back into the charger when my Thunderbolt warned me that it was at 15% battery.

I am very pleased with that kind of battery life.

P.S. I did all this while painting the porch. I'm not just sitting around doing nothing
