Sprint Galaxy S8 Received MMS pictures are pixelated and unviewable

My wife and I both use a Galaxy S8 on the Sprint network, but when she sends me pictures they show up all pixelated like it never finished downloading the image. See attachment for example.

I can send pictures to her with no problems, and she can send me pictures through other apps (fb, hangouts, etc...) with no problems.

Are you using the default texting app?

There's probably a limit set on the size of the MMS being sent. You have to increase it.

Try using Android Messages. Though Samsung Messages should work.

Facebook Messenger and Hangouts don't use MMS.

We are having this same exact issue. Although, both phones are exactly the same, S8. When I send a message, it is received as pixelated on his phone, but when I receive the picture from his phone it is fine and viewable. Any solutions?
