Instead of some of my apps icons like Facebook or calculator or calendar or any one, the green Android icons appears! That's so wired and I can't distinguish which app is which! Bunch of them are same and like Android green icon shape!

Welcome to Android Central! That usually mean that the app is "broken." This can happen if you used the Move to SD feature to move part of the app to the SD card. If that linkage gets broken somehow (like if the card becomes unmounted or corrupt), then the app shortcut icon reverts to the generic Android icon.
