Read this post.Drew, trying to flash tdm's new LS670 build in Cannibal 1.06
Here is what I get:
LS670-cm9-beta1pre1.zip
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "thunderc" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "thunderc" ||
assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "LS670" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "LS670" ||
E:Error in /sdcard/quattrimus-LS670-cm9-beta1pre1.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.
tdm is asking me - "What are the values of these props in your recovery?"
All I see is what I typed above, any suggestions?

Oh, you're on an Optimus V. I definitely can't help you there. This copy of Cannibal Open Touch is for the Optimus S (LS670) ONLY.
At the end of the current URL it takes you to this post. Anyways, I just quoted it for you. Follow the posts back and I think it leads to TDM's asserts failing like this, then the OP saying the following.
Apologies. I saw that but it didn't register lol. Since I'm using V I'll probably get those errorrs too though.. Too bad, I liked this recovery. Optimus V users need one of these.I am on an Optimus S (LS670), using Cannibal for Optimus S (LS670).
tdm is now building for Optimus S (LS670)
Here is the file link.
Goo.im Downloads - Browsing LS670
The LG Optimus S is known as the LS670 or thunderc, all those are in the errors I typed.
Thanks for the attempt. I am trying to flash and Optimus S ROM on an Optimus S phone using an Optimus S recovery.![]()
Ya. I fixed that by long tapping the link and pressing "Save link". Server isn't requesting you to download the file like it should be, is all,Hey drew if it helps this is what I get when I try to download.

There's a guide here: HOWTO: Unpack, Edit, and Re-Pack Boot Images - Android Wiki
If you're on Linux, a handy little program called abootimg will help![]()
I made a bunch of scripts to pack, unpack, convert to png, etc. You might find them useful. Only works on Linux btw.Finally decided to click on this. I don't understand it. I want to take apart a Boot.img for the image after the LG sign. the RLE thing I believe.
I want to take it apart on a PC and replace files after editing.
Please and thank you.![]()
im not sure if its a bug or not but if I start to install a rom and want to un-plug my phone its like the recovery does a hot boot back in to its self and will not install anything till i re format everything again
Hey drew if it helps this is what I get when I try to download.
