OK quick ? For whoever, I was going to restore an old rom so I did a full wipe and went to restore and( my dumba$$ moved all my backups to my computer,) so I rebooted my phone and stuck on lg logo. Flashed a rom booted it up fine. But all my apps and stuff are still on the phone. My real ? Is where do I put my backups on my SD card so I can restore to my backups. I am using this recovery

I know that it's been stated you have fixed the Power Off function not working, but it isn't for me.

edit -- Also, I'm an idiot. Updating to the latest version would probably help...

Is there a known issue with full wipe setting? Every Time I do a full wipe I can't read SD card says my backups have no data, but the do in the folder. The only thing I can do is flash a completely new rom but when I reboot the new rom all my apps and data are still there

The full wipe wrks for me when i install a new rom every thong id delet but my contacts come back when i sign in my google account

They're supposed to, they are backed up in your Google account, it has nothing to do with this recovery.

It's a common flash error normally you have to reboot the system and run tie flash command again, odd that it booted.

There's no reason rebooting the system is going to cause fastboot I don't understand at all...

What I meant was when you see that error flashing, reboot system (by literally rebooting the device all the way back to android (system implies android as it would be short for the android system...) there is no way performing a normal reboot on any device will stick it in fastboot unless the boot/postmost is being set somewhere (in which case it's no longer a normal reboot), once back in system; flash the recovery again (I have absolutely no idea what this would have to do with fastboot, not having used fastboot on any of the thunderc devices (it's left out of the ls670) I would more than reluctant to put the device in fastboot mode).

Thank you Thank you Thank you......A friend of mine, had IHO baskside rom and he did a LG style factory restore, OOPS did the install-able zip for the recovery, phone is working GREAT NOW!
