Registration for "immersive Gear VR experience for $99" - How did it Go

I've learned a few things in the last 24 hours. When we completed the order at checkout and submitted payment info then we have new Terms. The new Terms is that it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. They need to get things going. Now that I've seen people being greedy and ordering 10 bundles and having them delivered and we are having trouble getting 1 delivered is infuriating

I called samsung mostly everyone will receive a email today or Tomorrow with tracking information that submit on the 19th and 20th and they are not out of stock or backordered they have them in the Warehouse and they are packing them I don't understand how a company is not Organized they had a fifty thousand bundle limit they could have just packed the fifty thousand before the phones were released
I was actually surprised to get in on the offer at all. Thought it was going to be closed before I could get registered and pay. Well I did and got the order confirmation....6 days ago. It does say 1 to 3 business days on the payment terms page. so much for that.
No tracking information yet. Looks like Samsung oversold the offer and is scrambling to re-stock and fulfill orders. May be a wait.....

People that actually got a tracking number did your tracking number show up under "Check Gift Status" on the Samsung promotion page?

I paid via PayPal and I have nothing under my order status on the Samsung site.
My PayPal email was different from my Samsung account so this may be the cause.

I pre-ordered through Verizon as well. I don't think the carriers had anything to do with it. I also don't think when you registered had anything to do with it either. I think it was when you pre-ordered. That is why Samsung is requiring the purchase receipt. Either the one that came in the box with the phone, or the one that you received when you pre-ordered. It is THAT date/time stano that I think Samsung is probably using to determine who could buy the $99 bundle not the register date/time.
As long as you paid and you recieved an order confirmation email then I don't think it matters. I didn't even log into my Samsung account. I did put down an email that is linked to my Samsung account. All that matters is that you placed order and you have an order #.
I'm not worried about whether or not I got the $99 bundle because that has already been confirmed. I think most of are worried about why they haven't given us shipping notifications when it's been beyond 1-3 business days since we completed the $99 bundle transaction and paid for it.
Not likely. My PayPal and Samsung account emails are the same. Mine did not show up in my orders either.
