this is bull**** I ordered and I saw when I was charged which I think was a pre authorization charge. Now I don't see that hold anymore and I am still stuck in processingView attachment 258590
I called the e-commerce number yesterday and got no information. I chatted this morning online this morning and was told orders can take 3-5 weeks to ship due to a background check on the customer. I was told it includes where phone was bought, who I have service through, where I live, and my payment method...
Promo shipments don't have anything to do with who you have service with. They don't need to do background check because that in itself makes no sense. I spoke to ecommerce yesterday afternoon and she said no such thing and they are the ones that process the orders. Online chat is technical support not consumer support. They can see your order but not like ecommerce. Ecommerce told me that the warehouse has my order waiting to be fulfilled and they said the order (According to the Terms of sale) should have been shipped already. She said there must be a reason it hasn't shipped such as waiting for sufficient supply. I've spoken with ecommerce 2 times and each time they've given me more info and even sent an escalated email directly to the warehouse to determine why my order hasn't been fulfilled and shipped.
On hold now, let's see if they'll give me a straight answer this time...

Trust me, I'm still here. Lol. Checked via that link you posted some pages back. Shows my order as confirmed. Here's the thing, since I used PayPal, Samsung already took my money out. 105 bucks from PayPal Samsung in my bank account cleared on the 24th. Still no shipping or tracking information. Probably going to call them today, but I'm sure warehouses are closed so I doubt I'll see movement until Monday at earliest.Me too. Hope yours ships soon too. Elite1×87 has been waiting for his too. I haven't seen him post in a few days but I know he's been on this forum since around the beginning.. waiting.. patiently. He should give ecommerce a call to find out about his order too.
