Registration for "immersive Gear VR experience for $99" - How did it Go

Isn't there supposed to be a coupon for Oculus with the Gear VR? If so, can someone point out where it is in the package.
 
Missed my delivery because I got a last minute job interview. So I either need to drive 30 minutes each way or wait until Monday. Decisions, decisions...

I know we need to be patient but the reps say we were supposed to have the items shipped by today, and to call again if they didnt. No one has told me about the 6 to 8 week bs. I called based on the success of two ppl here, not because I want my bundle faster, but because I sense there is an issue with my application. they told me the same thing, that it was supposed to ship on the 26th, they escalated, contacted the warehouse, and I should receive an email from them in a few minutes with either the tracking info or the reason why it hasnt shipped. They strongly advised to call if I dont get anything back in 24 hours. Its the end of the day. I dont care if it arrives next month, I actually am not even gonna be here next week due to work which was my main concern. I just think that there is an underlying reason and that if I dont contact them it won't get resolved. So anyone patiently waiting that hasn't called samsung yet I advise you to. It worked for other people today and it might work for you. Hopefully it works for me if not at least I know I did the right thing calling them. Also they are super nice.

Unfortunately not yet. I called ecommerce again and the lady told me that my order should have been fulfilled already. She sent an escalated email to the warehouse to find out why it hasn't been shipped out. She said it could take 5 business days to complete the investigation as to why it's taking so long but she said that is rarely the case that it takes that long. But it's the end of the week and I'm sure the warehouse is closed, so looks like I've got to wait to get any update until Monday. What i think has happened is that Samsung oversold the $99 bundle and they've got to get more supply in to fulfill the orders that was processed and confirmed. So let's hope Monday I get a tracking #.

I was told the same but she said 24 hours not 5 days and really insisted on me calling again. I called by noon btw. She told me it should've been shipped out by Wednesday. Since its a Friday I am gonna give them a call on Tuesday maybe. I hope your stuff ships soon.

Me too. Hope yours ships soon too. Elite1×87 has been waiting for his too. I haven't seen him post in a few days but I know he's been on this forum since around the beginning.. waiting.. patiently. He should give ecommerce a call to find out about his order too.
 
****I've Got ACTION****

Called the 855 number provided by Kalelfromkrypton41581 and spoke with a nice lady. She told me that Samsung was out of stock on the headphones and that is what is holding up the $99. bundle orders. She had me hold for about 5 minutes while she escalated my problem to the warehouse. Came back on the line, gave me a ticket number and said that it should be shipping soon but had no idea of how long.

About 45 minutes after talking to her FedEx delivery manager hit me with a tracking number for my 5 pound package. :)

This might have been pure coincidence but at least I finally have ACTION ! :D
