Hi. Regarding the 6-8 weeks. Yes that is in the terms and conditions of the promo but when you checkout then your terms change to to the terms of the sale. The terms of the sale is that it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. I spoke to an Ecommerce rep today and was told that I should have shipping notification by end of day tomorrow.. Monday the latest. We'll see what happens.

Yeah they told it would ship by wednesday. They were nice but I dont think they know anything.

I presume you paid for it, got an order# and a confirmation email with the order# in it, and you have a pending charge on your credit card or PayPal account.

Got my phone on 4/19, used the app to order the bundle on 4/20. Got the instant approval but had to wait for review and received that on 4/21. On 4/22 received the email with the buy now link and paid for it right away.

Last night I got my email with the tracking number, it is in transit and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.

Congrats =))). I look forward to these posts every day, gives me hope.

Ok. For me it was the opposite. It would not show up on my Samsung account. Did you pre-order through Samsung for through your carrier?

They seriously let you guys buy as many as you wanted? I picked my phone up on the 21st and registered on the 22nd. After my very seamless experience last year with picking up my S7 Edge from best buy and them handing me my free gear vr and mirco sd card, I really didn't think this would be a problem. Of course on the 22nd when I registered, they were already sold out and I guess I know why now. Thousands of asshats bought as many as they could so they could sell them online. Shame on you Samsung! Not that I care about those big goofy headphones but that micro sd card is worth $200 by itself.

Even with the normal free vr with remote, this experience has been pretty miserable. I was rejected after only 2 days because Samsung says I didn't pay for my phone until the 21st. Which is true but Best Buy and every other cell phone store I talked to said all I had to do was pre order to get the offer. I pre ordered on the 15th. I guess Samsung has their computers to read 4-21-2017 on a receipt and immediately reject it. Had to resubmit my confirmation email on the 15th and I'm still waiting to see if that gets approved.

I had the same issue! I uploaded the preorder email from Best Buy after I had uploaded my receipt on 4/21 the day I bought the phone. Got confirmation today that my registration was excepted. I just checked my status, because they did not send me an email to say my registration was approved.

Mine was supposed to be here today, but I was at work and everyone at home decided not to answer the door. I signed the ticket they left in the door so hopefully they'll leave it tomorrow. If not I'll have to make a 30 mile drive to pick it up.

UPDATE: Finally made contact with samsung. I was approved and just waiting on tracking. However there was an issue with me receiving an email to pay for the bundle. Should be contacted by email within 48 hours. Hopefully I can pay and after that I don't care how long it takes as long as everything works out in the end.

That's what I was told Sunday, still no email. Don't get to excited.
