When you paid for the item the terms changed to the terms of sale. The terms of sale states that it will ship within 1 to 3 business days. This has even been told to me by Ecommerce. They have never mentioned the 6 to 8 weeks to me. They told me my order was supposed to be shipped last week sometime and has already sent emails to the warehouse trying to investigate the reason behind the delay.
Did you call today? Is your gift still "processing"? Weirdest thing happened to me today, on the Shop app, it changed from "Approved" to "Under Review" but on my PC it says "Gift Sent". Nothing on Fedex...
same here but in the Shop Samsung app it says Under Review.
Mine now says Gift sent on the Samsung check gift status page now. It was stuck on Processing gift all last week and some the week before. App still says under review and another order details page says confirmed. Nothing from FedEx as of yet.

I didn't call today. Not yet. It's not processing anymore. It moved to Gift Sent.

Put [Your order number] followed by [-01]. Select United States and add your delivery zip code. Make sure shipping date is today's date.
It works for today's orders. If it's going out tomorrow - you can try again then.

I don't think that thing is accurate at all. I am supposed to recieve two of the free gear VRs for my two pre orders. I received one of them on Saturday but not the other. I checked the website and BOTH of them still show that they were approved and processing. Neither showed that the gift was sent. I called and they said that both were approved and did not need more info and that it's likely they are shipping individually and that Im still in the 6-8 week window for the second one to arrive.I didn't call today. Not yet. It's not processing anymore. It moved to Gift Sent.

Wow smh.....I CLEARLY said I understand I understand the frustration for those who have posted payments and didn't receive tracking. So im not sure why you responded to my post.
My status has been "processing" since 4/22. I just called (and after waiting 35 minutes) was told that they are out of stock on at least some part of the kit - she did not know exactly which part(s) - and they would not update my status until they were able to ship the complete kit to me. She did say that she saw I had paid for the upgrade and I was guaranteed to receive the upgraded kit.
My payment was pending and disappeared so it hasn't posted officially. The point of my post is that the 6 to 8 weeks posted in the promo terms and conditions. The terms change when you submit an order whether or not the payment has posted or not. That is why everyone is upset because Samsung isn't upholding their end of the Terms of Sale, which is orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
