It's possible I may not have to reinstall the programs bc I saw others on this forum talking about a dirty flash which means u don't have to do a data wipe. U think that's safe to try?

Use a root explorer or adb shell to uninstall "mvpdm.apk" from /system/app

I'm running v9 software on my phone...

Does this allow Reborn ROM to work with any baseband?
