Restricted profile forgets picture

I've set up restricted profiles for my children and taken photos for them. But after a short period of time the os forgets the image and goes back to the default icon.

This has happened with the image on both sd and internal memory.

Any ideas why? This is an LG g pad running 4.4.2

@davidallenxyz: Well, same type of problem happens with me too, I remember putting icons in the desktop and after a while when I restart my phone the icon just disappears and again I have to drag my icon to the home screen. But eventually after a month this issue disappears I still wonder what makes it happening again and again and after a while it disappeared. I think the same is the problem with you ! :O I actually don't know how to help you out !
