I am looking to possibly buy a Samsung Note Pro 12.2 32 GB tablet from the website techforless.com. They are selling this tablet "New - Open Box" for almost $200 less than retailers. This is a much more affordable price for me, but the question is if I can trust them or not. Have any of you purchased anything from this company and if so, how was your experience?

You definitely need to review the company as much as possible before purchasing the device. A $200 discount on an new, open box item is a big discount, and would raise concerns. Also, would the products be warrantied? That's something you also need to consider if making the purchase.

I have never heard of an "open box discount". I guess the product has been to a customer that has returned it to the store? Also, I have never heard of techforless and the amount of discount is rather suspicious.
