Rezound Official ICS Update Shelved?

I have 2 Droid Incredibles (they are 2.5 years old). One has been running ICS for months. The other is stock and just received an update (minor fixes) this past week. The Incredible S is getting 4.0.4 today. The Sensation has had ICS for a while now. I can feel it, any week now!

I suspect they're waiting on the Incredible 4G to drop.
Why buy the Inc4G when the Rezound is cheaper, has ICS, and a superior screen? Solution: Keep it on an outdated OS and have the guessing game going.

I think the delay is due to switching to Android 4.0.4 from 4.0.3. All of the leaks were 4.0.3, and, so far, most, if not all of the updates(other phones) to ICS, are getting 4.0.4.

Hmmm.. that's possible but what big difference could it be from the 4.0.3?

Well I've been on the leak since Saturday and it runs like champ. No hiccups or problems. Any changes have got to be minor.

Piizzadude is right. Usually the support doc is updated about 1-2 weeks before the update. Not being a pessimist, just a realist.

Happened around the 20th IIRC when there was that bogus posting on the HTC website that the update was available. I suppose a lot of people flooded the server. We know what happened next.

In AD 2012, frustration was beginning.
