Right for my needs?

I run a small business and am currently using a note 3. I need something to take quality pictures, and audio video for YouTube videos, social media, etc.

I am bouncing between this phone or investing the same amount into real basic audio visual equipment minus lighting. I like the idea of the v20 serving as both an upgrade and media maker device.
 
The V20 is one of the best media creation phones available, so I doubt you'll be disappointed in that respect. If you go the A/V equipment route, you could likely make out better for the same price. Most modern DSLR's can do video, so you'd get a much better camera and video by learning to manipulate the lens

If you need a replacement phone anyway, I'd suggest the V20. If you don't need or want a new phone and only wanting better A/V abilities, I'd suggest an entry or intermediate DSLR with video modes. A cheaper alternative would be what's known as a bridge camera.
