I am getting an error in QIK trying to do video chat. I have done a wipe/factory reset twice and re-flashed the ROM but I get the following: "The application Qik Video (process com.qikffc.android) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Then it force closes. Any ideas? All the other functions seem to be working great. LMK. Thanks for the help.

Hmmm... I"ll take a look at that for you. Does it do it right away or does it do it when...???

it does it right when i hit the video chat box.

I also just noticed that I am getting a force close with google navigation. any issues with anyone else?

Ok, I realized I mistyped... I meant so say no issues with Nav but issues with qik confirmed... But you understood.

Maybe if you tell me the exact steps you took to get it to fail I can try to reproduce it.

What I did was just load Navigation, hit the voice input and said where I wanted to go. I picked up, charted route and we were on our way. I had no problems at all.

Please add your rom to rom manager. Faster downloads than the site you use. Thanks!

Secondly, I dont condone ROM Manager. My prior ROM(S) have been posted there WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND OR PERMISSION. Due to that fact its highly unlikely you will see any more of my work posted in that app. It was uploaded by a user without even telling me. ROM Manager Dev didint even verify it was OK with me. Not sure if I had the issue on 1.1 since I just flashed it yesterday and didn't open it. Saw the 1.2 update this morning and flashed it and re-flashed it when I tried Qik and it didn't work.

On a side note, with 1.2v I noticed that when you turn off/on the screen it folds in to the middle when turning off and folds out from the middle when turning it on. Strange thing I have noticed different from 1.1 right away.

A fix for the Qik Video application can be found HERE. Flash in recovery.

I still cannot reproduce an issue with Maps / Navigation. I tested everything I could and no FC's. Works fine for me.

Hope it works out for you as I am lost as to why this is happening to only you... maybe a bad download?
