So I have a few questions
1.can I just flash this over 2.5 or do I have to do a clean install?

Don't know about number 2.

But for sure number 1, some people just wipe cache and dalvik and flash to the update. But it is always recommended that you do a full wipe before updgrade.

I always do the full wipe, makes me feel better and 95% of the time if someone has a problem it is because they didn't do a full wipe.

1. Should be able to as long as you wipe cache and dalvik.
2. If you have hboot 1.5 then you must follow the hboot 1.5 flashing instructions.

Does Google music beta not work with this rom? I notice it does not show up in the accounts/sync section anymore

Mine stopped working too. I had to clear data and uninstall then reinstall to get it working again. It is fine now.

The one I am gonna make? lol, J/King...

But seriously, I am gonna make one for OG Evo. I am waiting for a couple guys to come through with the hardware. I had three people tell me they were gonna hook me up but so far none have been able to I havent given up though.. My fingers are crossed! They are searching the net for the cheapest one they can find. One guy may take his back from his Mom but... lol... No serious thats what he told me!

Lol, I know! Other than installing a few hacks I really didn't do much. I've been doing some reading and saw CleanROM and was intrigued so....here I am I feel like I have a whole new phone!

DE will make it feel even newer. I go back and forth between this one and DE. De has a really really nice blue theme throughout it.

I will definitely have to try DE! Thank you I've got flashin' fever now. Between work and life I've kind of neglected my favorite hobby, which is modding and messing with my phones (I have an NS4G too).

BTW, I really like your "next device" info...lol, 12 core with 6D...that's great! I've got you beat, though...my next phone will have interactive holographic images
