I just tried the new ACE v1.7 and love it. It is very fast. Everything works on my Epic. I did not notice any problem.
I do not even miss TER V1.5. Thank you Paul.

Love the New update Paul! Crazy!!! battery consumtion isn't that much either even when using 200mhz-1200mhz on it.

Hi paul ... I have been able to flash the roms with no problem and as with everyone else here, the rom runs greate... I have been however having 1 issue with my text... There are times when I have flashed the zips and my text doesn't work properly... I can receive text but it stays on a sending loop and never sends it ... After zipping the rom and phone reboots I have to reboot again (using the 3 buttons) then it sends them no problem... Nothing major but annoying. Thanks

No changes were made to anything effecting the home key.

Did you wipe 3x before updating to the latest version?

If all else fails wipe and reflash again.

I rooted my phone last night and flashed this ROM. Loving it so far. I noticed when I use my Tiny Flashlight or Words with Friends app, I get a pop up with a huge link. I am sorry I do not have a screenshot at this time.

But I used the apps initially after rooting and this did not occur. Only once the ROM was flashed, this started happening.

You will be okay.. Just follow the link on the first post to get CWM3.0.0.6 installed and everything will be fine..

I think this is related to the baked in host file for the ad blocking. Try installing "Ad Free" from the Market and select "Revert". Then reboot and try your Words with Friends and Tinnie Flashlight and see if that works..

I just flashed this rom, wow!! Just one question for now. Is there a way to remap the keyboard so the emoticon button is mapped to the @ sign. I probably is just missing something, but my keyboard is still popping up the emoticon selection screen.

Did you flash the included remapping file on the "sdcard/ACE ROM extras/" to get what you want?

Note: I have not used these remappings yet, but Ragnarokx who created them did run/test all of them.

@Paul: This is the same problem i posted earlier with the link and you are right reverting AdFree solves the problem.
Great ROM its fast and battery life is great!!!! I actualy like my phone now it works great with the 200 -1200 settings on SetCPU.

Go right ahead and give the all in one Odin method a spin.. Why do all the extra work if you plan on going straight to EXT4.
