Hey I went from baked snack to syndicate. The problem I'm having after I've flashed the syndicate rom and tried to bring over jus my backed up data, I lose some of the syndicate rom features such as the wired tether and other apps. I also don't get the option to use the syndicate launcher. Syndicate rom is awesome and would like to have it with my data but don't wanna lose the features I mentioned... any ideas or help.

I've been having a very odd problem the past couple of days. Right after making a phone call, I have problems with my speaker. It will make an intermittent popping noise (think water dripping on plastic sheeting) and any sounds played will be distorted and broken up. Making another call, there is no issue in either the headset or speakerphone, but will be an issue for any other sounds as soon as the call is over. This is cleared up by rebooting the phone and is fine until the next phone call. Any idea what may be going on?

running SyndicateROM 1.0.2 and Xtreme 1.2 with Emotionless Beast theme. All of this has been running for weeks with no issue and all of a sudden this comes up. Running at 1Ghz.
