I flashed the nightly with Drew's Cannibal Open Touch for Optimus V and it worked fine.

P.S. Why do I keep getting an "Android is upgrading" screen everytime I start the phone?

I see one app upgrading at every boot. I'll look into it.

can you get into recovery holding the vol up home and power buttons on start up and try reflashing.

I read that is cache rebuilding. If you wipe cache it rebuilds all. I see it go through 140 some after wipe it and dalvik.

No sorry. I'd ask the maker of your recovery. There should be no way for a ROM to kill a recovery.

I found a link to XDA for anyone who wants to match up the widget to the black theme for the Apollo music player. However, you got to know how to use ADB Command. I uninstalled Apollo.apk that came with pre beta 1 first using Titanium Backup, then I installed this apk instead.

From my understanding, there's no way to update from Cold as Ice Alpha 9 to quattrimus using the rom keeper because of the patching ability, am I right?

If I am looks like I'm stuck lol since the downloads are down for both CAI and quatt. Actually just remembered where I can find quattrimus download... nvm.

If you're talking about choosing a theme in CM9 from the settings menu, I can access that part of the settings perfectly fine, so I'd assume you can change themes too.

I've tried using it, but every time I try downloading something from the market it gives me "purchase error", I flashed dalvik and everything but nothing.

You can get a free one from the Play store from inside Apollo. Menu (three vertical dots), settings, under Interface press themes, get more themes.

Why did theme devs give up on MDPI? It doesn't seem like a dead "format" to me..
