Check my TiBu guide.. You probably just need some tips and pointers. I use TiBu after every full wipe and I'd say dmmarck's time of 30 something minutes to get back fully set up is standard. I can get there in less than 30 if I'm not distracted by tv or something like I usually am, lol.

That time period included market restore over WiFi.
Working great here, maybe clearing your data cache might help? Would like to see this as a built in rom feature but currently running a script that does that for me on every reboot.I understand and accept the fact that Google Now is sluggish with viewing in typing on this rom. Is it this sluggish on a regular stock version of jelly bean? Or is it just sluggish in the ROMs that port the feature over?

Don't know entirely what this means but it sounds GOOD!Typically how long before official JB is reflected in the Euroskank CM10 builds?

You can try typing these in terminal emulator or just let an app like rom toolbox pro do it for you.

I don't want to screw up your phone, there's some cool apps in the play market that can do the cache wiping for you on every reboot https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...s?id=cn.menue.cacheclear&hl=en&token=oZ_9pS4A and then there's the old fashion way of just going into recovery and manually wiping the cache. BUT if you want to play with the Terminal commands then I'll temporarily post this here--------------> https://dl.dropbox.com/u/11232883/Android Central/Wipe Data Cache Might not be able to do much with it though since it was created for/and used by the Rom Toolbox Pro app. Good Luck!Would you be able to export and upload that cache wipe command? That way I don't screw it up.

It's a great rom, currently running it with trinity kernel and all is right with the world.
I downloaded the CM10 Euroskank ROM to try it out on my TORO Nexus. I flashed a version 4 of Vicious a couple weeks back and it helped clean up some issues with an earlier version of it that was on the phone when I got. Been reading good things about this Euroskank and wanted to try. My question has to do with Kernals. I'm new to this stuff. Is that some other thing you can flash different versions of that's not part of the ROM? You mentioned a particular one in your post here. I've attached a screen shot to show the kernel that is on my phone. Should I flash something different to use with this Euroskank ROM? Just what does the Kernel do?
Well for some reason I can't upload a screenshot. Tells me its hosted by Tapatalk which I'm not using, and then when it tries to upload it errors out with a message about missing some parameters??
Oh well any who the kernel on my phone is 3.0.36-leankernel-4.0.0-04197-gf36ff07-dirtyimoseyon@Ubuntu.
Whatever all that is.

People get different results with different kernels. You can try out the kernel you have now, but if your phone starts acting funny don't blame the rom. Personally I would stick with the stock Euroskank kernel and if you don't like it then flash the kernel you have now.

Sorry to show my ignorance on these things, but is the kernel a different file you flash in addition to the ROM or is that part of the ROM. I'm confused on that. Thanks for your response.

Don't worry about all the questions, we are here to help. Yes the kernel is a different file you flash. Roms come with their own kernel included, but if you want to try a different kernel then you would download the kernel file to your phone and flash it as a separate file.
