Have you flashed a different kernel? I think Kraven said to stick with built in. Also, can you replicate with a clean flash? Other Roms?

i flashed it with hydros kernel lol ill try it without and no other roms just lower versions of ics hahah

I don't have a V (and almost never use mms), but have you tried the airplane battery saver dance?
Turn Airplane on
Turn off phone
Remove battery
hold power button for 10 seconds
wait a minute
insert battery
reboot
airplane off

also force stop media storage app after boot.

Thanks a lot Va1ha11a, but that didn't work. I still had the thing be prevented from entering Deep Sleep mode (and also keeping the CPU at 480 mhz instead), according to CPU Spy's results, then I noticed something. It Deep Slept when I tried putting it into Airplane mode soon after! The offending process HAS to be something that uses my cell connection. BetterBatteryStats isn't reporting that mms connectivity wakelock after the reboot though...perplexing. This hasn't happened on other roms so I know it has to be something with this one. I'll keep digging and post my findings, feel free to suggest anything.

And here's all the pertinent details of my phone that might help for those who don't know:

CPU: 480/729, conservative governor
ROM: This one lol, alpha 11D w/VM fix
Phone: LG Optimus V

Other than the Deep Sleep problem this ROM is surprisingly and incredibly stable for an alpha. I'm Thanking the OP itself, but I also want to say you have my gratitude for this rom, thekraven.

EDIT: Oh I almost forgot! A very important detail I noticed in the Battery Use section: apparently my Screen is using battery about 70% of the time, all the time. Could have something to do with the phone being awake or not.

I put the rom on and it's keep rebooting itself what did I did wrong I did everything correctly

Well, you obviously did something wrong, or it wouldn't be rebooting. As this is a thread for reporting undiscovered bugs, please post your question here. (I'm just trying to keep this thread clean. I'll help you out over there).

Screen is acting buggy, home screen is blueish, looks like a cracked lcd, app list works fine, LS670... uhh using the recommend kernels and 11D
like mostly every other app is normal, but it is wierd in some apps, distorts the display, and shizz.

gonna try a fresh rom install with no extra kernel.

No kernel is needed. The recommended kernel is built in to this build.

Sprint LS670 - I just flashed 11d, 11d fix, gapps. So far I noticed it says Virgin Mobile for the carrier, also my home and menu buttons are swapped. I have to press home button to open the menu and menu menu button to go home. Thanks keep up the awesome work.

Yeah, the fix is for Virgin mobile Optimus V users who want to use Cold as Ice (and who wouldn't?). Don't flash it if you have an Optimus S.

We don't have hardware accelerated video yet, Skyfire uses it as does Netflix and the rest sadly. It wouldn't be so bad if the developers would add a software rendering fallback but they don't.

there is code for software acceleration. if you use mx video player, it uses software acceleration to play .mpg files.

the problem is, hardware acceleration is NEEDED for HD video, (which is why YouTube HQ doesnt work). And it seems that OMX libs that are needed will never be made to run on ARMv^ devices. If that is the ONLY feature that doesnt work, im ok with that.
I dont know why anyone would WANT to watch HD video on a qVGA display anyways.
