The only way I would know is of someone told me that they called, or I would get a voicemail. I left the 9016 messages coming in as they would inform me of a VM, and I would know it had done it again. I have now been back to stock and another ROM for a week or so and have not had this happen yet, so I don't think it is the phone or carrier. If it does turn out to be I will update here to let you know.

A while back I posted this. Just wanted to say it was NOT the ROM. The phone is doing it again on stock and danteROM. It is intermittent so who knows what it is. I just got a newer phone (an LG Marquee), so this phone is going into a drawer as backup.

Wanted to let people know in case they were wondering about a bug in the ROM.

I just wanted to let yall know, unless its already been mentioned I did not go through the whole forum, but I have not had any issues with my time being out of sync since I deleted the app called clock so maybe others can try to confirm it. I only installed 19e then deleted clock and that's it nothing else.

Any way to fix the FC issues with ES File Explorer and 19E? I was trying to look for a 19D(?) in the OP, but I couldn't find a link.

It's fine to share. With that build, you will get the Gmail white screen bug. Also the first paranoid build 1.6a doesn't have the white screen fixes.

Gotta ?...I flashed cai 19e on both my wife's V and mine ....now her phone will freeze on a regular basis, but mine doesn't freeze as much ...now is there a kernel I should flash or reflash, or reformat something?

After a fresh flash, boot up and exit setup. Go to performance settings, a2sd settings and select one of those settings. Reboot and you should be good.

Just switched to this ROM 2 days ago and I LOVE IT! I have a couple of questions, and I have tried reading some of the pages here, but with 176 of them, I am just not finding answers.
So.. first thing-- my bluetooth headset connects and seems to be working properly (makes/receives calls, voice prompt nice and clear) but when it connects a call, it is just loud static and neither I nor the other party can hear each other. I see that Kernel 40 is a "bluetooth patch" -- will this fix my problem? If so, can I just flash it without any wiping, or do I still need to wipe caches etc? Also, I am using the ZVD to ZVJ patch-- do I need to flash that again after the new kernel?
Second, two problems that have plagued me since getting this phone-- internal memory space and dropping wifi signal often. I see a discussion about the dropping wifi issue on the last few pages. Honestly, this ROM drops it less than others, but wondering if there was a fix for that? (thin it must be inherent in the phone, as it seems to be a constant.) Also, the internal memory is already giving me "low storage" warnings. I think that I have fewer apps than on the last ROM (hydroROM) and I have transferred all that I can to the SD card, but there are still some big memory hogs that I can't transfer (ie- Facebook and Gmail). Any tips here?

For the kernal I wipe cache/dalvik cache and idk about the zvj patch as I'm on virgin mobile but I think you're getting out of memory messages because ics takes up much more memory than gingerbread so its preferred to make an sdext partition

Hey all,

I'm trying to flash the Paranoid Android 1.6g, but I'm getting put into boot loop. This is coming from CM7 on ZVD. Wiped /system, /data, /cache, and /boot. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong here? I've flashed plenty of ROMs in my day. It boots to the LG logo, then gets to the spinning circle cyanogen logo, and then loops back to LG.

It failed signature verification so I turned that off - could that be the issue?

Any help is much appreciated.

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone seen anything like this;

I had an LG Optimus S, that was rooted, running HydroROM and working with out any issues.

I flashed CAI and when it rebooted, it showed 'No Service'?

I'm trying to verify the provisioning information by dialing ##786#, but that code isn't working?

I have 2 other LG Optimus S phones with CAI and no problems.

Any suggestions??
