Got this working as well and it is awesome!

First thing I tested was the speak phone, I no longer have to take my motorcycle helmet off before riding!

Both 16c and 16d won't boot. Stays on Cid. I'm assuming it's the same issue everyone else is having.

I also am hung on boot. All of the alpha 16's hang on boot for me. I'm gonna try with the triple wipe and report back. Edit. Even after the wipe it still hangs on boot. I'm running one of the first optimus's, if that makes a difference.

I also hung on boot, cant say how old my optimus s is I got it refurbished. if I wasent working I would get a logcat.

I was able to clean flash 11d with COT and the zipalign fix.

It stayed on the animated CM9 boot screen for slightly longer than normal. I'd say it took about five minutes.

Bought new November 2010.

So far, so good! Nice to have the speaker phone back. Thanks.

They're flashing fine for me too. My phone was brand new in January (came out of the box with zvh) if that matters at all. It's so weird how differently things can go on the same phone...

Still no luck with 16d. I was able to flash and boot tdm 628 nightly that he stated would have the speaker fix' and it does give loud controllable speaker volume.

Mine was new December, I am on an mvno, i-Wireless.

Im able to flash 16d, but mms does not work. I cant send a picture to anyone at all. Everything else does work though.

Man...guess I'm just lucky or something. 16d is running great for me, including mms. Just tested both sending one and receiving one with my husband, who is also on 16d.

That's funky. I've tried all a16's none will go past boot. I even switched recoveries and no dice. Guess my opti likes linaro..lol

Yes, I tried switching recoveries too, Xionia, CWMT, back to COT. Nada, zip, zero, zilch in getting any 16 iteration past the boot anim. Ugh.

zefies DebugFormatAll.zip for Xionia. Read Drews posts on CWMT and COT, nothing else needed. And the logcats show the issue of failure in audio libs loading.

I have not seen a post that anyone with this problem has gotten it fixed with a different recovery, I think we are barking up the wrong tree.

I am just saying not barking, I always use LeslieAnn utility in preparation for an update or a new ROM and so far it have not failed me.

Ha, you are far younger than I.

It is an old expression, about looking in the wrong place for an answer, i.e., hounds barking up the wrong tree when the raccoon is in another tree.

This is not a recovery or partition wipe problem, I do not believe, but an OS vs phone hardware issue.
