Thanks so much srkmagnus, with out your help I still would be lost, I will probably never understand why I had so many issues to begin with, but once I wiped/factory reset it was a completly different phone, I evern had the google search app which I didt have before, my pandora widget was also there., like I said thanks again now I feel much better about the phone.

Glad to help. Remember, whenever you plan on flashing a new ROM or installing tweaks to the phone, always to a backup so you can restore just in case things go wrong. That's the beauty of the backup (Nandroid). It allows you to return back to that specific place in time.

Yes now I'm able to play around with setting and things, only thing I'm searching for now is my Alarm Also for some reason I rebooted and when I came back on my pandora widget did not load so I removed that and went to my widgets and its no longer there

the alarm is with the clock app. open it and there is an option to sent an alarm. You can use an app from the market as well.

CM 7.0.3 was released last night. See the first post for the ROM file as posted on the XDA thread. If flashing over a prior CM 7.x.x there will be no reason to wipe/format/reset anything. There is also no need to install the gapps file since the apps are already on the phone. Some settings may change so be sure to check the phone and make sure everything remained - NANDROID/BACKUP BEFORE FLASHING ANYTHING

Indeed, but I still put in my preorder for the Evo 3D. I'll miss my Hero, though.

I will be doing the same when my time comes Maybe not the Evo 3D, but perhaps something else later down the line.

Ive done everything at least once! i'm running htc hero cdma build 2.32.651.2 with firmware 2.1 update1.
how can i revert to an earlier build?

CyanogenMod 7.0.3 - Help

First time root/flash ROM. Got the newest stable CyanogenMod working as well as the Sprint VVM. A question with regards to the web browser - I am unable to go to a secure website (Microsoft Outlook Webmail). I have tried other browsers and none have worked. Thanks for you help and it's been a pleasure reading all of your great posts. You really are helping make this better!
