As dumb as this sounds, I liked the lockscreen and it's widgets the best.....LOL

I do miss Sense ROMs but the battery life is really bad and from what I've read, there aren't any kernels (that work with Sense 3.0) right now to make it better.

I totally feel you, from the demo vids I've seen on 3.0's lockscreen goodness...it looks rather awesome. Now we just need to figure out a way to port just the lockscreen over to this ROM.

How about this for amazing Dubs. I just read on Twitter that Deck is releasing the final version of 1.2 tomorrow!!!! I suppose that means the world is going to end....its been a pleasure chatting with all you guys. See ya in the scrapyard.

hey guys not sure if this has been answered already but i cant find it...i flashed to this rom and am having some issues with mms and also the gps. the gps just searches for gps forever and i cant send pics out either but can receive them....heres what im running...evo deck 1.2x, kernel:tiamat v4.05..any feedback is appreciated fellas

Check it, I think I have your solution. Flash back to the kernel that comes with the ROM, it works the best. Not one issue with mms or GPS...well almost none...lol. The only problem really is Google Navigation, never can get a lock. Now Sprint's Telenav believe it or not works like a charm...lol. Now there is one trick to her your GPS rolling again. Flash back to a Sense ROM and download am app called MSL Reader. Run it and write down your MSL code. While still inside the Sense ROM go to the dialer and enter ##GPSCLRX#. You'll then be prompted by a pop up box to enter the MSL# you wrote down earlier. Next the phone should reboot bringing you back into the Sense ROM. Next go outside where you have a clear view of the sky and turn on your GPS and give it a second to lock on to you. After it gets its lock on you should be good to go. Just flash back to Deck's ROM and enjoy. Hope that helps.

Been playing Killzone 3 every Wednesday and that song seems to come up every week. When you posted about deck releasing the final build for 2.3.4 it just seemed fitting

what's the trick to getting the ##GPSCLRX# to work. I enter that on the dialer (spelling out the word) and all it does is display the save to people part of sense with a blank screen (for a long time) Nothing ever happens for me. I have my original Nandroid though. I guess I could flash back to that one and go from that one.

Hmm...odd. What ROM are you using to try the GPS fix? Any Sense based ROM should be able to do this. Please clarify for me what do you mean "spelling it out"? Just trying to get all the info so I can so my best you help you.

It's weird how some are having GPS issues with this ROM. This is the first AOSP ROM I have ever used where the GPS works! That was the main reason I stuck with Sense based ROMs. When I found this ROM and saw everything working right out of the box I was sold! I wonder what the difference is between my phone and those phones? Could it be the actual HW?

I am sad to say that come Friday I will no longer be using this ROM as I will be moving on the EVO 3D. I sure hope they get the bootloader cracked so I can root and ROM. The second this ROM is available for the EVO 3D I will be back in action! I'll miss this thread though. This is the first thread I have created that ever got more than a few replies. I have really enjoyed some of the antics between some of the posters and the overall great support this thread has offered to those in need of help. I will miss it very much...

both on the rom that deck links to in his fix post (Stock Rooted) and from Mik's current 2.0 gingerbread rom with Sense 2.1. Is there another way to access it outside of the dialer?

Maybe his new release tonight will fix my issue.

NOOOOO!!! Say it ain't so cloak! I'll try my best to understand. You will be missed sir, for your thread is the reason I'm using this very ROM that I love so dearly. This has been a very awesome thread and hopefully will continue to be with the news I have for my next post. ;-) Congratulations on picking up the EVO 3D, you'll have to let us know what you think....oh and don't worry about the bootloader. Peter Chou has already said that they will unlock it. A member over at XDA sent an email to him and asked about that very thing. He posted a screen shot of message. So no worries, you'll be ROMing in no time...I can feel it. Rock on my friend, rock on!

SaWeet! At least I can enjoy the final release for a few days! Thanks for the encouraging words about the EVO 3D bootloader! I can't wait to root it up! I'm sure I'll stick with the stock Sense 3.0 for a bit but it won't be long before I'm looking to get my ROM on!
