Anyone having a random google maps force close issue? Its popping up saying force close every 5 seconds?

I'm having some problems with my phone, when I'm in an app and I push the home button, my screen turns black with the HTC logo and then it says loading just like when you restart your phone. Its happend about five times already getting really annoying anyone know a fix.

am i the only one that has a really ugly 3G icon? i've been trying to flash new icons to this rom, but it's not working... does anyone know how i can replace them without flashing through recovery?

i changed my boot animation and shut down animation by replacing & renaming the files rather than flashing through recovery using something i made through UOT kitchen, any idea how to do this with the task bar icons?

I just flashed this ROM as my very first successful flash ever and it's pretty swell so far. A question I have though is how do you get the 3D portion to function? I have seen videos on youtube where you can tip the phone sideways and the screen images sort of bend and move to better suit the angle of the phone.

Mine isn't doing that at all.

No the only thing i installed was the camera fix zip i reloaded the rom without the camera fix and the problem is still there.

I had this happen to me twice yesterday. It's also very annoying.

I also cannot get HULU PLUS APP to work. I tried downloading it from the market and a computer. Anyone get this to work?

why do i not have an option to make my 3d home screen work?? there is no option in display

Originally I couldn't find it but then I did. It's a battery hog but pretty sweet!! Anyway go to MENU>SETTINGS>DISPLAY>3D home screen.

I have been running this ROM for about 5 days and I have only run into a few issues. First, the camera didn't work but I fixed that with the BAMF camera fix. Second, all of the screenshots that I take disappear once I restart the phone normally. Finally, this morning, after my daily restart (old BlackBerry habit), none of my contacts names were labeled in my text messages, only their respective phone numbers. I restarted and all was good so I am not sure what happened there. Everything seems pretty stable minus these few glitches which I can live with no problem.

I might try another ROM since this is my first android phone, first root, and first ROM ever.

Has anyone been able to flash a new boot animation to this ROM? I tried flashing the vortex boot animation and I did so through revocery/sdcard/update.zip and I still get the mikroms boot animation even though it said the new animation was installed.

I don't know about all that other stuff, but the screen shot bug drives me nuts too. If you restart phone and open file browser real fast, you van watch them being deleted. Dohhhh
