I love that my little phone is getting this long overdue attention. The only thing I could possibly ask for is fixes for the few things that don't work. The CPU issue being my chief concern as I loath having to charge my battery as frequently as I do now (though Juice Defender Ultimate is bad ars).

Your the best. I wonder if there's some sort of crowd sourcing feature guys like you could utilize to generate a certain sum of money for your time BEFORE you release improvements. Something like a market concept for custom ROMs might be cool, though it would probably threaten the grassroots culture that makes all this so awesome (now that I think about it).

This is a brilliant rom but I can't seem to get wifi to work it just says turning on for ages then nothing happens. Any ideas?

Do you have a password on the wifi you're trying to connect to? If so it will just sit there trying to connect until you go into the wifi settings and put in the password. I sometimes forget to do this after flashing a new rom because I don't use wifi that often.

But the wifi hasn't even turned on yet it just sits at turning on wifi

I also can't get the wifi to work. I've reflashed about 20 times and nothing....also anyone a good stable criKet rom to use with this phone. I've done research and haven't been able to turn anything up yet. As for music......no matter what the cpu is set at it almost sounds like a cd skipping. Almost like a lag and the phone is trying to catch up. Minor problem that the optimus c also shares when flashing any custom roms to it.

So what's going on with the sprint verson..... wifi don't work on it that is really my only main concern. It dosnt have service I'm wanting to flash it to cricket anyways.

Iv tried with the patch...... ZVJ to ZVD and I get no data or WiFi.... Right now Im using the DanteRom v2.3(ZVJ) Rom....

i just tried the patch and it borks it up somehow only zvd then

If your on vd use zvj to zvd
If on zvj use zvd to zvj
The different patches make a difference
Also will work on it when I get the chance

I understand that the Android OS generally, at least up to when this was written, has some fundamental weaknesses where audio apps are concerned, including real time streaming apps.

If so, does ICS bring about any improvements here? If it does then I'm all over it...
