How to flash:

1. First, reboot into recovery via 3-button-combo, ADB, terminal, w/e.
2. Partition SDcard (swap: 0, ext: 512), ext2-ext3, then ext3-ext4 it.
3. Wipe data (data,cache,dalvik-cache,ext).
4. Connect the device to PC, copy Megatron over to the SDcard, disconnect.
5. Flash it via "flash zip from sdcard"
6. Reboot

The steps provided above will be needed to be done for you to flash a new Rom. The 4th step refers to the Megatron Rom, but just put whatever Rom you're planning on using in its place.

so... is it just my phone or is everyone elses text black on the status bar? i cant figure out how to change it. and if its not just me, will it be fixed soon, this is by far the best rom ive found yet but i use void instead because of the whole black text issue. please let me know. Thanks a ton

Does that mean you will continue development on this Rom? The only reason I haven't tested this one out was because of your first post being edited to state that you no longer have any interest in this model.

It'll be similar to this rom, I'm making another kernel & the theme will be different...theming is what forced me off this rom, I absolutely hate any & everything theme related, so someone else is doing the theme for the next one.

I'm just happy to hear that you haven't given up on this project. You're the only one that I know of making a true Optimus T Rom at this time and it would be a sad day to see your work coming to an end. Will you be removing all the BS apps forced upon us by T-Mo and LG? Sorry for the question, but I would like to see this project become the one and only fully featured Rom for us "T" users.

How can i install the rom on my optimus t?? Its rooted with z4root but i cant find my phone model on rom manager. PLZ HELP!!!

You have to install Optimus T Roms manually.
