I'm running CM10 M1 version. So far everything is working great except I cannot get Google Wallet to reactivate (I reset Wallet before flashing). It just sits and spins while "activating account."

Anyone have any Wallet suggestions? While it's a cool idea, and handy when it works, I've had nothing but trouble with Google Wallet.

You didn't let Play Store update wallet did you? I just checked mine and it works as normal. All I have been doing is a dirty flash.

9/15 nightly seems to be release-quality. No troubles at all otherwise. Even flashed a zip to add a Nexus-like soft key nav bar and disable the S3's physical home button and capacitive buttons. Home button has been remapped to camera shutter.

Hey, any CM10 users able to connect their phone to their Mac and get USB drive access? My phone is no longer recognized (yes, Android File Transfer is installed). I've tried switching from MTP to PTP and back but it's still a no-go.

It IS recognized by my PC (and by Virtual PC on my Mac) after installing the official Samsung drivers. Go figure.

Any thoughts?

I just rooted and installed CM 10 m1 (9/11/2012) on Saturday and I am LOVING it! So fast and smooth. And Vivid adds a splash of color that I wanted, especially in the Status Bar. I was really worried, but it's all good, great actually!

Is there a way with CM to change where pictures are saved by default. I hate having to go and move my pictures over from internal to external when Touch Wiz just lets you choose it automatically.

Taken by the camera... yes. Downloaded from the browser I believe so but I am not 100% sure on that.

Have yet to get my S3 - but Im coming from a Galaxy Nexus so ive done my fair share of rooting/romming. Is there a need to still worry about the IMEI number disappearing with these newer nightlies? That was never an issue on the Nex...Just wanted some background before I root the S3.

I have never had an issue with it, however it doesn't hurt to make the necessary precautions just in case.

Does Google now work for anyone on the 9/17 build? Mine won't recognize me speaking, it'll say it hears me but it won't spell anything out. Other than that little bug, everything else works fine!

Have you downloaded an app called phone info to check and see if lte and cdma auto are on? That could cause it.

Pretty sure that 4G is defaulted off on CM10 builds. And you don't need phone info to change it... go to Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.

Apparently if you lose it you can get it back fairly easy...I wouldn't worry too much

My only three questions are: 1.why there isn't a brightness toggle or bar like a true jelly bean stock rom has? There are so many other steps as far as adjusting the screen display. I don't want to cloud up my home screens with battery hogging widgets and apps. Is this something in the works that will be seen in future updates. 2. Also, one of the coolest features of the galaxy s3, atleast for verizon, was that you can adjust the vibration intensity of your capactive buttons, as well as notifications and incoming calls. This is by far the most annoying thing with cm10 for me. I am willing to donate to this brilliant and ever updating build. The vibration is so intense that it makes my phone feel cheap and it makes me want to disable vibration as quickly as possible. it's much softer when dialed down a bit. this of course goes for the double tapping and holding down of the home button as well as launching the app drawer. 3. Also the ability to adjust the time that the capactive buttons light up is a very smart feature that we lose with cm10. keep up the good work and hopefully someone will hear out my suggestions. willing to pay to keep the fire alive! Thank you CM devs! I love you. Mod kings are back.
