I noticed the link for the working GB keyboard leads to a "404, page not found error". Could you please post a working link? (Also, is the working keyboard exclusively for this ROM, or will it work with stock as well?

I no longer have a copy of it. However, it is included in the rom and can be used with any rom if properly installed.... I believe the name of the file is something simple like keyboard.apk IIRC, it was a big-ish file (around 10-11mb?)....

Re: overclock

On my Evo 3D, there is flash called The Configurator that allows under volting, as well as overclock. Is there anything comparable that will run on optimus? I know I can overclock with CPU tuner, but would really like to under volt.

Is there a reason why any app I try to install from Market gets an error saying the File is invalid?

I can't install anything.

Wipe your markets cache and reboot

Wipe your markets cache and reboot

I googled and tried that but I think I had the problem because I had no more space. After uninstalling some apps I am now able to install Market apps.

However now any new apps I install now have a Force Close and don't run. Old apps work fine.

Any ideas what is going on?

I do use app2SD and was wondering if this is causing problems?

Hi :) I just installed this rom to my husband's phone but now he can't send or receive texts. Is there something I missed?

Thanks for any help!

What baseband version does the phone have? This Rom requires ZVH.

Guys this rom is great! I bought my GF one of these LG Optimus S used off ebay (She has never had an Android phone. And didn't want to extend her Sprint contract lol). So first thing I did was do my research and this seemed like the best option for her IMO. Something I can easily fix if it ever goes hay-wire, just boot into recovery :D Got it in the mail and I was like a kid in a candy store (I'm definitely a geek lol). First thing I did was root it then got the recovery flashed, then I flashed this rom, and finally flashed the pink theme for her. Now I'm just waiting for the extended battery I got for her since she works all day and then we will go and activate it

Extended Battery (If anyone is interested): NEW 3600mAh extended battery LG Optimus S ; Optimus U; Optimus V + Back Cover | eBay

Here's a review of the same exact battery: Extended Battery 3600 mAh LG Optimus V / U / S - YouTube

Cheers! :)
