Look under downloads/misc. files and you will see the mms.apk that fixes the cut off button issue.

Thank you so much for the ROM, I absolutely love it. I did perhaps find a few bugs in the ROM, I don't know if its just me... I listed them below.

1. None of the 4 buttons on the LG Optimus S with using the Custom ROM [Reborn ROM v2.2.1] wake up the LG Optimus S from sleep mode as when the screen times out.

2. The talk button on the right hand side just above the Camera button brings the LG Optimus S to the Call Log and originally I think it it supposed to activate Voice Recognition.

3. (Added) When sending a text message, the SEND button is chopped off but then fixes itself after you send a text message. But then stays fixed until you go back to the home screen or any other screen.

4. (Added) Would love to see the stock keyboard for this ROM, I don't like the HTE keyboard implimented and loved the Stock with Sprint.

Great ROM otherwise, keep up the great work!

With all the roms I have tried it will only wake up from the top power button. Once you get used to it it isnt so bad.

You can download keyboards from the android market, browse and try some on there.

I upgraded to Reborn 2.2 over the weekend and now my Gingerbread keyboard won't show up.
Does anyone have an idea of why that might be? I've re-installed it from the market 3 times and it still won't show up as an input option.

Did you enable it in settings -> keyboards and input? There should be a little radio box by the keyboard that needs to be checked

Hello, I am trying to turn on my Portable Wi-Fi hotspot with my LG Optimus S using the Reborn ROM v2.2.1. But it always force closes, if I can't use the Wi-Fi hotspot... Is there a way to unroot and return to stock?

What are u using for your hotspot? Hotspot widget?

Also have u tried flashing the rom again?

If you want to return to stock check the stickies in the forum.

you cannot launch it via settings, you have to use a the widget included or wireless tether.
Do not use the wireless and network settings portable hot spot.

I found an app called "download all files" that i don't remember downloading, was this added to the ROM in 2.2 or 2.2.1?

I am loving this Rom, so much has been improved over stock. Really good job.

Is there any documentation about the apps included in the Reborn? Specifically the power control widget, it has a list of settings but nothing to tell you what they mean.

Also why do I want or what can I use the Terminal Emulator for? Why would I need command line on the phone?

Yes, thanks; I should have been more specific.

What examples are there of reasons why I would want to use this; Are the applications/access/permission that I need to run on the phone vs. adb shell?

Or is this just a convenience so I don't have to plug in to run certain commands? I assume this was added for a reason to the rom, I am just looking to find that reason and if there is anything that I can benefit from.
