Tried all recm kernels, and did proper wipes.. trying now w/out gapps ill let you know

I checked and double checked my work. There is nothing hindering wifi from working at all.

Edit: I found the problem. It to embarassing to say what it is but its a /etc issue. Fix incoming

Yea I know, I do it mainly cause I can guarantee you tomorrow someone will be at work and find the patch and want to download it but their web filtering wont let them.

Hell its the reason I started hosting it myself, cause my work has crazy web filtering.

But yea true, I guess they could just do it from their phone

patch works but still can't send MMS - get error message that service is not ready will send when service is available
