[ROM]Superclean 2.8!! UPDATED

Tried flashing DL30 Superclean again. I've tried via CWM Red and CWM Green through Rom Manager... still getting

E:Can't mount /dev/block/st19
(No such file or directory)
E:Can't mount SYSTEM:
E: Failure at line 4:
copy_dir PACKAGE:system SYSTEM:
Installation aborted.

Unable to find any dowloads for CWM Red or Green that are not DL01 or DL09 only.

Flashed superclean .8 and really like it. The only problem I have had is when I text over 160 characters in a text, the recipient gets a text full of gobbily gook. Definitely no big deal.

Possibly a bad download?

I have run into that error message before, with CWM red and green. I can't explain it but CWM just sometimes fails to get a handle on the flash, and won't let you successfully load a zip or even wipe the data/cache. When I saw it, I rebooted out of CWM and went straight back into CWM again and it seemed to clear it up. With that noted, the CWM green build embedded into this zip has worked fine every time I used it (once i made the switch to this ROM and got it installed clean).

Thanks for getting out a Clean ROM for Froyo. I installed it last night and everything is working great, except for the stock e-mail program. In future builds can you include the aosp_email client that you mentioned in another thread. This one is working great for me.

Weird random problem with .8, it's happened three times in the last 12 hours....

Occasionally, after I screen lock the phone, it just locks up. Black screen, no button response, nothing. Long press does nothing. Only thing that works is the three finger salute or a battery pull.

Once or twice, I chalk it up to a new ROM getting "lubed up" and squared away. Three times in 12 hours (twice back to back this morning) and I'm starting to think something is weird here.

I'm going to upgrade to the .9 version and see if that fixes it.

adrynalyne, you are a crazy crazy mad man!!!!! have you slept at all in the last couple of days? dont get me wrong, i sure am glad sheepy punched that kitten. v08 was great, ran the best out of all the roms and had the best battery life, cant wait to flash v9, im downlaoding now. you are doing an awsome. tell your boss that i said you can have the rest of the week off!

Well it's only been a couple minutes, but DANG this .9 is rockin fast!!!

And... no random lockups/black screens.

Okay not sure what just happened but my phone just rebooted by itself and now airplane mode will not go away. Checked the settings and it is not even checked to be on. The calender is dated Dec 31, 1999. I have done several battery pulls and even flashed v09 over v08 to see if that would help. About to flash back to stock and start over again. Crap

had that happen a couple of times to me aswell, i dismissed it as i flash the crap out of my phone. just got 09 up now.

i wouldnt falsh back to stock, just boot to green cwm and wipe data and cache and then dalvic cache for good measure. if that still doesnt work do it all over again and the reflash 09.

trying that as I type. It says it wiped data and cache. But when it comes to Dalvik, it says cache wiped.
