Not sure that any will see in this super massive post... But wanted to let folks now I am seeing better battery performance on EB01 SC 2.4 after running the bstat reset script manually (not from cwm) as posted by Adrynaline.. I getting crazy good (87% since unplugging 4 hours ago) - Contrast Min, Background and Autosync OFF..

I also found somewhere in this thread or another thread how to fix my battery. I believe it was charging phone to 100%, powering off with phone still plugged in and charging to 100% there as well. Then powering phone back on and charging back to 100%, unplugging and then let the phone drain down to 5-7%
My phones battery is like the post above I have 89% battery after 3.5 hours. Just thought I would let people know about this as well.

The big question is, does the battery last for a longer time before the phone dies? Today I unplugged around midnight (at 100%), battery was at 98% at 7am when i left for work, then spent two hours in an interior conference room (lousy reception) and by 10am it was at 68%.

All the battery tricks in the world (i have tried them all) won't fix the fact that at 0 or 1 bars the fascinate eats batteries like cotton candy in front of a 3 year old.

do not flash cwm with rom manager. You will lose the current version of cwm. Rom manager does not support the current version of cwm.

If you are referring to going from superclean 2.1 to superclean 2.4, then no wipe is necessary and yes, you can use cwm to install that. Just download 2.4 to your sd card. reboot to recovery and install with cwm. If you are referring to going from Android 2.1 (Eclair) to superclean 2.4 (Android 2.2, Froyo), there are more steps you will need to take.

To which previous post are you referring? There are a lot of posts here so you need to be specific, please. And no, this will not work with a DL09 kernel. DL09 is an Eclair build which is Android 2.1 OS. EB01 is Froyo which is Android 2.2 OS.

The easiest way would be to go back to that post you mentioned and use one of DroidXcon's all-in-one packages again to change from one version of EB01 to another. Just follow the instructions like you did before but use the package for whatever version you wanted to try.

Not sure buddy, I just know before I did the tweak I was dying out from 100-5% within 10-12 hours. I now get almost a full day and a half out of one charge. Granted I am not a real heavy user, mainly just texts and phone calls
