Yep this is an awesome rom, kudos to ragnarokx. The only issue i've had is launcherpro will take an extremely long time to load after bootup and sometimes goes on the brink of crashing where it consumes 60mb of ram when normally it's around 18. If i terminate it it reloads fine again lol.

I installed LPP v0.8.2, and made it my default launcher. Rebooted a couple times, and no noticeable slowdown. You might want to try going to Settings>Applications>Manage applications>All>LauncherPro>Clear data & Clear cache, see if that helps.

in order to flash this... i do what.. rename it and move it to sd card? and then using the orange text screen apply from sd card? (what do i rename it to.. and if im wrong... how do i get it to work.. i know i dont unzip on my pc)

You need EXT4 and ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.0.5. This thread has all the info you need to get those, as well as how to flash the ROM.

why does my phone keep on reeboting cycle when i install a app. it does it in the first 5 min of powering on the phone. i have 1.2 installed lates

Ragnarokx--i have 1.2, also flashed over the power button zip for while on calls--i've noticed the proximity sensor isn't working on phone calls--screen doesn't turn itself off when phone by face, doesn't come on when done talking--help?? Thanks again.

Wipe cache and dalvik-cache (under advanced).

Definitely. Use this thread to get EXT4 and ClockworkMod3, then flash the ROM.

now... if i want to install some of those addons... the mini theme, TW lock screen, sprint VM, and samsung/tw apps... how do i do that? from the orange text screen 'from .zip' off my sd card??? or extract first?


and what is included in those sprint apps and can they be selectively deleted. ie- i liked sprint navigation. its the only bloatware i want back. is it in there and can i delete the other sprint apps once installed with that pack???

Don't extract the add-ons - just place them on your SD card and install using Clockwork (recovery screen with orange text).

All the Sprint apps are included in that zip. After you flash it, use the SDX Stock App Remover to uninstall any that you don't want.

Download Home Switcher for Froyo from the Market. Change your launcher to "AMLauncher" - I think that's what you're looking for.
