S10+ Adaptor + WSken Magnetic Cable

So i recently tried using the WSKEN magnetic cable for my N10+... And realized that the adaptor that came with the N10+ is USB-C to USB-C. Thus i used my S10+ adaptor instead.

And turns out my N10+ detects Fast Charging. But the wierd part is... On the adaptor it says 9v=1.67A or 5v=2.0A...But Ampere shows 4v=3.0A...how is the adaptor able to give more than its supposed to?

It looks as if it's a 15 Watt adapter. 4 X 3 = 12.5 X 2 = 10. 9 X 1.67 = 15. Nothing's being exceeded.

But its an older Samsung Adaptor... If it was possible of giving 3A. Whats the hold up all this while...
