S10, S10+, S10e Bluetooth input problems

I'm in an environment where I run multiple Android devices. I run custom Apps via Bluetooth input devices from a distance. In my inventory I have pixel's, Oppo's, S9's, Notes and of course S10s.

Everything worked fine until Xmas 2019. After that i can no longer use Bluetooth input devices on S10s. I cannot use keyboards to type, game controllers or anything. These devices pair fine, they just don't work (i.e. won't type into anything on phone, won't control anything) This issue isn't on any other model phones, only the S10, S10+ and S10e. The Bluetooth devices work on everything else. I have spent about 30 hours attempting to rectify this, from toggling Bluetooth on and off all the way up to factory resets and everything in between.

Samsung support have said input devices aren't supported so we cannot offer any support.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

It's in settings >connection> underneath bluetooth

I'm assuming that is meaning Bluetooth on?

I have Bluetooth on in both connections menu and pull down from home screen. I've have toggled both (although same thing)

it's a real head scratcher. And basically bricks 8 devices for my purpose
Yeah I'm sure , have you unpaired and paired couple times and toggle Bluetooth on/off couple times ? See maybe get it going like that

The fact this is across multiple devices of the same family and no other android devices suggests Samsung have done something.

Yeah true , but if those devices upgrade to android 10 some things might got broken .

Can reset network and reset settings/ in settings >general management>reset

Maybe can get it going this way

I've reset Bluetooth settings. Network Setting. Cleared cache and data on both. Before full factory reset.

No luck.

Very strange , and not to work in safe mode .
Maybe stop by a Samsung experience store if you have one by you and show the problem or ubreakifix is certified Samsung repair center just need to make appointment
