S20 Ultra back to not receiving instant notifications again.

Aqua Mail Pro is my main email client and I always get instant notifications with it. I'm having problems where eBay, PayPal and other apps are not giving me instant notifications until I actually unlock the phone. The Gmail app it's self is one of these apps with no instant notifications. I'm trying everything under the sun to get my instant notifications to work again with no luck at all.
AHH, ok. I wasn't sure. I don't use eBay much and only use PayPal as a buyer, so I wouldn't know about those notifications. I've never had any issues with Aqua Mail Pro, whether for Gmail or my other email accounts.

Have you tried disabling Adaptive notifications?

Settings> Apps > three dots > special access

Believe it or not I'm having the same problem on a S9+. Only happened after updated software. I never had a problem, and also have tried everything. I do believe it is a software issue.

Do yours come through at all or so they all come through after 7-8 mins?

I'm on Verizon don't think I have that issue, but my service has been very spotty with Verizon lately. Sometimes I pull up a page and it just hangs there. I'm also on gUdp with moderate data usage.
Good point, how many others here besides you and OP on Verizon?

I'm currently working in the middle of nowhere where Verizon is supposed to have great coverage. I have 1 bar in many places and I can't get anything to load. My colleagues on T-Mobile or AT&T are pulling up web pages with no problems. Verizon seems to be going to crap lately. I'm going to switch back to T-Mo once the Note 20 comes out.

I'm surprised, usually Verizon pretty good everywhere

Yea, we live out in the woods where Verizon use to be king. Lately I'm lucky to make a scratchy 1X phone call with zero data at all. Wife's friend has T-Mobile and she receives 4G and Data out here while Verizon has taken a massive dump.
