OK I get a camera failure warning on the SG S4. I have done:
* Settings -> More -> Application manager -> All -> Force stop, Camera Clear cache and Clear data, restart
* Wiped the cache partition. Restart
* Factory reset
* On the PC via usb cable, went to folder: Computer\SAMSUNG-SGH-I747\Phone\Android\data\com.sec.android.gallery3d\cache and deleted everything in this folder.
* Then looked for : Computer\SAMSUNG-SGH-I747\Phone\Applidium Image Cache, could not find it.
* removed battery for several hours, restart.
These have not worked. What next?
Also sim card is not recognised. Tried my sim card in another phone, i was OK. Tried another good sim card in my phone, it did not work.
