S4 completely dead after screen replacement, what should I do?

S4 completely dead after screen replacement

I had a Samsung s4 I got from a local trade page on Facebook, the screen was showing signs of a dead LCD, only showing green.

I replaced the whole screen assembly and now nothing, no display no indication of turning on. When plugged into a charger the battery gets warm as if it were charging.

Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

If it was mine!!!!!!! I would take it back apart and reassemble checking each step, connection very carefully. I haven't disassembled an S-4 but did have some experience with old Palm equipment. This would be my next step!
